• Products once sold cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Please check all information before placing your order. 
  Please feel free to mail and ask us incase you need any more information/ photos or videos before you make your purchase decision
• Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product.
• We are a company based out of India and no returns on any International orders are accepted.

In case of a return due to damage or incorrect product

1. Please email us at idnanacreations@gmail.com with a photograph of the product and the package within 24 hours of receipt 
2. Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back. 
3. We will issue a refund to the credit/debit card/ your bank account.
   Refunds will only be made within a week after we have received the shipment. 
4. No Refunds will be made into PAYPAL accounts. Incase you have used PAYPAL to make your original payment, the refund will be made to your bank account. 
5. We aim to process all returns/refunds within 3 weeks time of the issue being raised.
